Epoxy Resin Mold House Model

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried, and they can withstand high temperatures around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy castings. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It obtains a scratch-resistant glass-like surface in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used for 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it helps maintain the gloss of the mold and ensures long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids after use.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
