• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours that can be removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin into 1 measure of Freezer, mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container.
  Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours. It will completely harden within 24 hours and become glass-like within 48 hours.

  • Important notice:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, but for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer time.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
