Rectangular Lid Mold - 981 - 8x3.8 cm

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds for resin epoxy castings that can be removed after the product has dried, and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy.

• Our silicone molds are multi-use, not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
