• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that allow resin epoxy casts to dry quickly and can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
