• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a warm environment.
• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination.
• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
