• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried, and they are able to withstand high temperatures of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations in various sectors based on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray as it maintains the mold's glossiness and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
