Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried, allowing for quick drying in a hot environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can also be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Instructions: Pour epoxy resin into a container and slowly mix it until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
