Round 16 mm Bead Resin Silicone Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours, completely hardens within 12 hours, and becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like within 48 hours.

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
