Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it dries. These molds are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy castings in a hot environment.
Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.
Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During stirring,

the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry.
It will become touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will completely harden within 24 hours.
It will take on a glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

Important notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves mold shine and ensures long-term use. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
