• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow quick drying in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a clockwise, counterclockwise, and up and down motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and using it properly during cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
