Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds for resin epoxy castings that can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing in resin epoxy castings, with a heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general usage life of molds is usually around 10 times, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
