Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, which enables rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can also be used in many different industries, creating variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will take on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help you prolong the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and extend its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
