Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective cleaning material for removing epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
