Pai Gow Game Domino Resin Epoxy Mold - 956

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours at high temperatures ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should be in contact with the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning up epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
