Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing rapid curing in resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures in a range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will completely harden within 12 hours and will become scratch-resistant glass-like in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, but for some models, it is between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which will maintain the gloss of the mold and provide a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
