Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variety in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have over 600 models of resin epoxy molds.

Usage : Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until there are no air bubbles remaining. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • Generally, the mold lifespan is 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the inside of the mold with your fingers.
