Resin Epoxy Silicone Injection Mold - 959

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, providing a fast curing for resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant, glass-like finish within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models have a lifespan of 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
