Resin Epoxy Silicone Injection Mold - 960

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely solidifies within 12 hours and achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold, as well as the way you use and clean it, can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
