Epoxy Resin Mold - 966

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used for 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
