Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick curing for resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature between 200 and 300 degrees that can be maintained. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on an unscratchable glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, while some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids without leaving residue.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
