• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that allow resin epoxy castings to dry quickly and can withstand a hot environment between an average of 200 to 300 degrees, ensuring quick curing.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 times, and in some model molds, it can be 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
