Epoxy Resin Letter Mold - S

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds help the resin epoxy castings to cure quickly in a warm environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like finish within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
