• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that allow quick drying in resin epoxy castings, can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours. It will completely harden within 24 hours. It will take on a glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain mold shine and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
