Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which can be removed after the product has dried, providing rapid curing in resin epoxy casts with a high heat degree that can withstand an average temperature between 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
