Pyramid Epoxy Resin Mold - Necklace - 3.9 x 2.5 x 2.3 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can bring diversity to many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top manner. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during stirring. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20 and 25 uses.
• Proper care of your mold and following the correct usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
