Small Necklace Resin Epoxy Mold - 20 x 30 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours, and can withstand high heat temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should be in contact with the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
