Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable molds which can be removed after the product has dried, and are capable of rapid drying in resin epoxy castings with a high heat degree ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable molds that can be used multiple times, not for single use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following correct usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using a mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
