Heart Resin Epoxy Mold - Pendant - 35 x 31mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, allowing the resin epoxy casts to dry quickly. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With a wide range of applications, resin epoxy molds can create variations in various industries based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix it until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by mixing from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
