Resin Epoxy Mold Necklace - Mini Square - 25 x 25 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, and can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, to facilitate quick drying of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will obtain a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Clear

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and prolongs its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
