Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing resin epoxy casts to dry quickly and be removed after drying. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
