Soy Wax - 1st Quality 1 kg
-
Product Features
- Soy Wax is a vegetable wax made from soybean oil.
- Soy Wax contains %100 hydrogenated soybean oil.
- Suitable for container candles and aromatherapy candles.
- Does not produce soot or smoke when burned.
- Soy Wax has a melting point of 70°C.
- It is a cream or off-white color.
- Has a light natural soy scent.
- After harvest, the beans are cleaned, cracked, dehulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated.
- Hydrogenation process converts some unsaturated fatty acids in the oil to saturated. This process significantly changes the oil's melting point, solidifying it at room temperature.
- A well-made soy candle will burn cleanly and slowly to your customers' delight.
- Comes in broken flakes shape and has a shelf life of 2 years. Adding a hardener like Stearic Acid (Stearin) to Soy Wax will compromise its naturalness. Because Stearic Acid is a saturated fatty acid. Soy Wax will not experience frosting or very minimal frosting. How to Make Candles with Soy Wax
- Fill a suitable container with water and place it on the stove to melt the Soy Wax using a double boiler method.
