Epoxy Resin Bookmark Mold - Cat Paw - 10.5 x 3 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to demold, meaning the product can be removed after drying, maintaining a high temperature resistance between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick curing of epoxy resin pours. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important Notice:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleanliness procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as this will maintain the gloss of the mold and provide a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
