Wood Piece Resin Epoxy Mold - 6.5 x 2.5 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can also be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. It is important to achieve a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • Generally, the mold lifespan is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
