Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, withstanding a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand approximately 6 hours later and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
