Round 16 mm Bead Resin Silicone Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will take on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.
