• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts, withstanding high temperatures ranging from about 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use, suitable for various fields. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly in a back and forth, up and down motion for 10 - 15 minutes. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can last up to 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
