Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours. It fully hardens within 24 hours and turns into a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but for some model molds it can be 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
