Round 16 mm Bead Rosary Resin Silicone Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.
