Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, enabling quick curing of the product in a hot environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It becomes glass-like in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
