Epoxy Resin Mold - E

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
