Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they enable rapid curing in resin epoxy pours, withstanding high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be ensured by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable within about 6 hours, fully hardens within 12 hours, and acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
