Epoxy silicone resin injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, providing a quick curing for resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. These resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours, and it will completely harden within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like surface in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Proper care and usage methods, such as cleaning procedures, can help you extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
