Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and then pour it into the mold to dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
