Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that allows rapid curing in resin epoxy castings, with a high heat resistance that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 1000 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, while for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Caring for your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
