Epoxy silicone resin injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours that can withstand high temperatures ranging from about 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touch-dry in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, some models of our molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
