• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily detachable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, maintaining a high temperature of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During stirring, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable within approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and becomes glassy within 48 hours.

    • The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, while some models of our molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer time.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer usage life.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
