• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours, maintaining a high temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 times, while some of our model molds can last between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and using it properly in terms of cleanliness can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
