Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, in a hot environment, ensuring fast curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. During mixing, stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
