Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the mold after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which enables quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. After about 6 hours, it will be touchable, and it will completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant, glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Notice:

  • Generally, the lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some of our models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residue.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
