Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which enables quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
